As Director of Security & Compliance at Extreme, Jerrad is responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to the myriad of Federal regulations, laws and policies associated with providing manufactured goods and services to the US Federal Government. Jerrad is responsible for designing a program that minimizes risk to Extreme and applies vigorous safeguarding to sensitive customer data, while enabling our sales and operations teams to grow the organization with minimal roadblocks. Jerrad has an MBA from VA Tech and nearly 20 years of security and compliance experience as a Federal contractor. Prior to this, Jerrad served as an Infantryman in the United States Army. In his spare time, Jerrad enjoys fishing and coaching youth soccer for his son and daughter.
